PropsEngine Review: White-Label Prop Firm Infrastructure
PropsEngine markets a white-label infrastructure stack for launching and operating prop firms, with unusually clear public pricing. Its current site publishes three monthly plans and a €7,500 one-time setup fee.
Published PropsEngine pricing
| Plan | Monthly | Published capacity | Setup |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | €2,000/mo | 500 active traders | €7,500 one time |
| Growth | €3,500/mo | No active trader limit | €7,500 one time |
| Enterprise | €5,000/mo | Unlimited traders | €7,500 one time |
First-year base software cost
Using the provider's current monthly figures before external services or custom work, Starter totals €31,500 in year one, Growth €49,500, and Enterprise €67,500. These calculations combine the €7,500 setup fee with twelve monthly payments.
What the provider says is included
PropsEngine describes its product as infrastructure covering the platform, integrations, branding and operational tooling. Starter currently lists a custom dashboard, configurable challenges, automated emails, liquidity-provider integration, analytics, risk-management tools and KYC compliance. Growth adds items including email marketing, branding and support-team functionality. Enterprise adds multiple admins, marketing campaigns, community tournaments and external-system integration.
Launch and operating claims
The provider says full setup can be ready in 72 hours and describes its service as requiring no engineering team. Treat that as a provider claim rather than a guaranteed full market-launch time: external KYC, payments, liquidity, legal, domain and operational dependencies can affect readiness.
Where PropsEngine fits in the market
The strongest differentiator in our current research is not simply feature count. It is pricing visibility. Many prop-technology vendors require a sales call before disclosing a base fee. PropsEngine exposes a clear setup fee, monthly tiers and trader-capacity language before contact.
That makes it easier to compare against public-price providers such as FXPropTech and Execurve, and against quote-led no-revenue-share vendors such as Propriotec, PropForge and Asgard Group.
Questions to ask before buying
- How is an “active trader” counted and reset?
- Why does Growth state “no active trader limit” while Enterprise states “unlimited traders,” and what practical capacity differs?
- Are trading-platform, liquidity, market-data, KYC and payment fees included or passed through?
- Which trading platforms are contractually supported today?
- Are migrations included?
- What support SLA applies to each tier?
- Are there minimum terms, cancellation notice periods or usage overages?
