What PropScale covers
The system is positioned as more than a contact CRM. Execurve describes challenge purchases, KYC and onboarding, evaluation-rule tracking, funded-account management and payouts in one operating environment. Its affiliate module supports multi-tier commissions, while the marketing layer connects attribution and commercial analytics to challenge sales.
Trading-platform connectivity
Official product material lists Execurve's own IntraQuote WebTrader alongside MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader and TradeLocker. Execurve also says additional platforms can be integrated on demand. Buyers should confirm whether each required connection is included in their selected plan and who owns any third-party platform contract.
Pricing and commercial model
Execurve publicly states that PropScale starts at €740 per month for up to 500 traders with no revenue share. Higher tiers add platform integrations, manager accounts and custom-development capacity. This is useful pricing transparency, but the starting figure should not be treated as total stack cost. Trading-platform, payment, KYC, data or other third-party economics may still apply.
API and data access
Execurve publishes a developer proposition built around REST, WebSockets and webhooks. It says the data available in its dashboard can be accessed programmatically and describes use cases including custom trader portals, data warehousing, custom risk logic and mobile applications. Enterprise API material also advertises a 99.99% uptime SLA; treat that as a provider-stated service claim until confirmed contractually.
Migration proposition
Execurve says its migration team can transfer traders, accounts and history and currently promotes two free months for migrating firms plus development of up to ten workflow-critical missing features. These are commercial provider claims and should be confirmed in the current proposal before relying on them.
What to verify before signing
- Complete tier pricing above 500 traders and how “trader” is counted.
- Number of platform integrations included in each tier.
- Any setup, migration, development or onboarding charges.
- Third-party KYC, payment, payout and platform costs.
- API limits, data export and termination access.
- Which uptime/support SLA applies to your actual contract.
- Ownership of custom development and custom integrations.
Best fit
PropScale deserves consideration from operators wanting a broad prop-specific CRM with public entry pricing, no revenue share and relatively deep API access. Its strongest differentiator in our current dataset is the combination of pricing transparency and broad lifecycle coverage. Operators should still model higher-tier economics and third-party costs before comparing it with fully fixed or ownership-oriented alternatives.
