Prop Firm Software with TradeLocker Integration

If TradeLocker is a hard requirement, eliminate incompatible technology vendors before comparing price. We identified six researched providers with public TradeLocker references, but the scope of each integration still needs contract-level verification.

Important: a provider listing TradeLocker does not prove that licensing, brokerage connectivity, market data, symbols, account provisioning and every required workflow are included in its base software price.

What a useful TradeLocker integration should cover

The buying question is not simply whether a logo appears on a vendor's integrations page. A prop-firm operating stack may need to create and disable accounts, apply challenge parameters, ingest balances and equity, enforce drawdown rules, process phase transitions, synchronize CRM state and expose trader-facing information reliably.

Account provisioning

Ask whether challenge purchases create accounts automatically and how credentials, account resets, retries and funded-stage transitions are handled.

Risk and rule synchronization

Confirm which data is consumed by the vendor's risk engine and how quickly violations propagate into dashboards and account state.

Platform economics

Request a line-item quote separating the software vendor's own fee from platform, brokerage, market-data, bridge or other third-party charges. A low CRM price can be misleading if mandatory infrastructure sits outside it.

Commercial models differ substantially

FXPropTech publishes conventional monthly and setup tiers. Propriotec positions around flat monthly licensing without setup, per-account or revenue-share charges, but does not publish the exact monthly amount. PropLabel combines onboarding with a revenue-share or minimum structure. PropSuite is economically different again: it publishes a $2,749 setup, $0 monthly platform fee and a 50% share of defined net profit in a capital-backed relationship.

These models should be compared using a 12- and 24-month operating forecast rather than a single monthly headline. Our prop firm software cost guide explains how to normalize those structures.

TradeLocker vs other platform requirements

A firm may choose one platform at launch and add another as it grows. If multi-platform support is part of the roadmap, compare the same vendors against MT5 requirements and our trading-platform research hub. Multi-platform support can reduce dependency on a single trading front end, but it can also increase operational and support complexity.

How to shortlist

Start with platform compatibility, then filter by budget, commercial model, trader volume, maturity and required operating modules. Do not reverse that order: a cheap vendor that cannot deliver your required trading environment is not a cheaper solution.

FAQ

Which prop firm software providers support TradeLocker?

Our September 2026 research found public TradeLocker references from FXPropTech, Propriotec, PropLabel, ZenPropTech, PropSuite and PropFirmsTech. Verify current support and commercial scope directly before contracting.

Is TradeLocker included in the software price?

Do not assume so. Ask each vendor to separate its technology fee from trading-platform and other third-party costs.
