Prop Firm Software Pricing Transparency 2026

Prop-tech pricing ranges from self-serve public tiers to fully quote-led sales. We reviewed our researched vendor set to identify what a buyer can establish before a sales call and why transparency is more than publishing one monthly number.

What “transparent pricing” should disclose

  1. Recurring base price.
  2. Setup/onboarding.
  3. Capacity or billing unit.
  4. Overage/usage.
  5. Revenue/profit participation.
  6. Mandatory third-party costs or clear exclusions.
  7. Tier-specific integrations/support.

High-detail public examples

Tradaxi publishes monthly price, setup, firm count, active-trader capacity and feature/support differences across four tiers. FXPropTech publishes monthly, setup and account allowance/overage on its main pricing tiers. PropsEngine publishes monthly, setup and tier capacity. These give buyers useful pre-sales cost anchors.

Alternative transparent models

PropSuite is transparent about a very different model: $2,749 setup, $0 monthly platform fee and 50% of defined net profit. That is not directly comparable with SaaS, but publishing the economic structure allows buyers to identify the contract questions early.

Partial transparency

Execurve/PropScale publishes a €740/month starting point up to 500 traders and no-revenue-share positioning, while higher-tier details require deeper review. Propify publishes a straightforward fixed price in current product material but has had conflicting homepage messaging in our research, demonstrating why consistency matters.

Quote-led vendors

Providers including Propriotec, ZenPropTech, FPFX Tech and PropFirmsTech require a quote for the exact core commercial package in our verified set. Quote-led pricing can reflect customization, but buyers should send standardized scenarios to prevent scope differences from making quotes incomparable.

Transparency is not the same as low price

A higher publicly disclosed price can be easier to evaluate than a lower-looking offer with undefined usage or third-party costs. Our benchmark therefore treats pricing transparency as evidence quality, not as a value ranking.

Research limitation

Provider pages change, and negotiated enterprise contracts can differ from public tiers. This snapshot records public information available during our September 2026 research and should not replace a dated written proposal.

Buyer recommendation

When a provider is quote-led, request pricing at the same 500, 2,000 and 10,000 unit scenarios and ask for every variable charge. When pricing is public, still confirm the quote because terms, integrations and third-party scope may differ.
