PropSim: White-Label Prop Firm Platform

PropSim is a self-serve white-label platform combining a branded trader terminal, challenge engine, real-time risk controls, CRM, payments, KYC, payouts and growth tools. Its current homepage publishes unusually detailed plan pricing, but another official page contains conflicting older commercial language, so buyers should use the current pricing page/homepage and confirm terms before purchase.

Pricing-data warning: current homepage pricing states Free $0, Launch $149/month, Scale $599/month and Enterprise $1,999/month with no setup fee and funded-trader credits. Another official use-case page states plans from $499/month plus a $1,000 setup fee while later on the same page saying “no setup fees.” We treat the current homepage pricing as the stronger signal but recommend confirmation.

How the pricing model works

PropSim's current homepage describes a credit model tied to funded traders rather than charging separately for every feature. One credit is described as covering a trader's challenge journey through funded status. Purchased credits do not expire, and higher plans include larger monthly credit allowances. The provider says volume credit packs can reduce the rate to $5.95 per funded trader.

This means PropSim should not be classified as a purely fixed-cost platform. Monthly subscription cost is predictable, but trader-volume economics can remain variable through credits.

Technology stack

PropSim lists a challenge engine, branded terminal using TradingView charts, CRM, real-time risk/breach enforcement, payments, payouts, KYC/AML, fraud/integrity controls, email marketing and other operating functions. Scale adds the affiliate/referral system, copy trading and API access according to current public plan information.

Trading platform and execution considerations

The current Scale plan lists MT4/MT5 bridges. PropSim also markets its own branded trader-terminal experience. Operators needing cTrader, TradeLocker, Match-Trader or another execution environment should obtain explicit confirmation rather than assuming compatibility from generic white-label language.

Payments and KYC

PropSim publicly lists 20+ payment gateways and multiple KYC providers. Named payment examples include Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, MercadoPago, Paystack and several crypto/payment alternatives. Availability can depend on geography and merchant approval; software integration does not guarantee that a payment provider will onboard a specific prop firm.

Launch and scale claims

PropSim says a firm can be configured in under 15 minutes and claims 150+ active firms. Enterprise material states a 99.9% uptime SLA. These figures are provider claims rather than independently audited metrics and should be evaluated accordingly.

Questions to resolve before buying

Best fit

PropSim is particularly interesting for founders prioritizing self-service launch and low initial fixed cost. The free and low-cost entry tiers are unusual in the current prop-tech dataset. The main procurement task is understanding funded-trader credit economics and resolving the inconsistent pricing statements across the provider's own pages.
